"We have constructed the Roland Roberts yard for our permanent layout." The layout is a double track main line generating its’ freight traffic from several online industries consolidated in its’ main yard and dispersed to other locations throughout the rail system. The state of the art design provides a linear walk-around model railroad using the "mushroom" techniques to greatly increase running length (850’). It's a great design and will be a large undertaking for the membership. Please check our progress on the permanent by clicking on the "Layout Const. Update" button on the left.
